Most students find that regular practice after a course is the fastest way to improve milk texturing, latte art consistency and workflow confidence.

Suitable for students who have completed a Beginner Package, Private Beginner Course, or Latte Art Workshop and would like additional machine time to build confidence and consistency and speed.

Access to commercial espresso machines and grinders
Self-guided practice sessions(subject to availability)
Use of training space during designated practice hours
Opportunity to refine espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art and cafe workflow skills.

Your ‘preferred date’ may not be available. Our staff will inform you of available dates for your chosen course(s) that are close to your ‘preferred date’.

Re-booking Fees

Course dates changed within 72 hours of a class – $15 pp

Course dates changed within 48 hours of a class – $50 pp

Cancellations & Refunds

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours’ prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee. Thank you!!

If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact us via email [email protected] or call 07 5532 7836 more than 48 hours’ prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $15 booking fee!!)

Attendance & Lateness

Anyone that fails to show to a booked date (regardless of reason) is considered a NO SHOW – No refunds applies.
