Delving into the science behind espresso extraction, this class will explain how to assess a shot of espresso based on strength and extraction quality.

- How to determine ideal dose, extraction yield & brew time for the perfect recipe
- Practice dialling in one of single origin coffees.

Re-booking Fees
Course dates changed within 72 hours of a class – $15 pp
Course dates changed within 48 hours of a class – $50 pp
Cancellations & Refunds
Please allow a minimum of 72 hours’ prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee. Thank you!!
If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact us via email [email protected] or call 07 5532 7836 more than 48 hours’ prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $15 booking fee!!)
Attendance & Lateness
Anyone that fails to show to a booked date (regardless of reason) is considered a NO SHOW – No refunds applies.
