This class runs for 2 hours and you must have completed the Barista Foundation/Industry professional to be eligible.

Class components:

1. Milk free pour technique
2. Three foundation designs: Heart, Rosetta and Swan.
3. Understand milk layering
4. Unlimited coffee and milk to practice
5. Milk etching

Your ‘preferred date’ may not be available. Our staff will inform you of available dates for your chosen course(s) that are close to your ‘preferred date’.

Re-booking Fees

Course dates changed within 72 hours of a class – $15 pp

Course dates changed within 48 hours of a class – $50 pp

Cancellations & Refunds

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours’ prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee. Thank you!!

If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact us via email [email protected] or call 07 5532 7836  more than 48 hours’ prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $15 booking fee!!)

Attendance & Lateness

Anyone that fails to show to a booked date (regardless of reason) is considered a NO SHOW – No refunds applies.
