This practical 2-hour Barista Experience Session is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between training and real cafe work. Learn workflow, grinder management, drink sequencing and cafe efficiency while talking customer orders, preparing drinks for paying customers and experiencing real cafe operations under trainer supervision.

Designed to help students build confidence, speed and consistency before applying for cafe positons.

Recommended for students who have completed our Beginner Barista Package or have equivalent espresso and milk texturing experience.

What you’ll learn

  1. Grinder adjustment and espresso dial-in
  2. Understanding cafe drink orders and terminology
  3. Efficient workflow and drink sequencing
  4.  Preparing multiple drinks under time pressure
  5. Taking customer orders and customer communication
  6. Preparing and serving drinks for paying customers under supervision

Re-booking Fees

Course dates changed within 72 hours of a class – $15 pp

Course dates changed within 48 hours of a class – $50 pp

Cancellations & Refunds

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours’ prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee. Thank you!!

If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact us via email [email protected] or call 07 5532 7836  more than 48 hours’ prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $15 booking fee!!)

Attendance & Lateness

Anyone that fails to show to a booked date (regardless of reason) is considered a NO SHOW – No refunds applies.
